Liberty Contract Management Inc. was incorporated as a construction company in 1998 by Ken Zukiwsky.  Prior to starting Liberty, Ken has worked with major construction companies in the capacity of Estimator, Project Manager and Senior Executive Management. 

The primary focus of Liberty Contract Management Inc. is Construction Management of new construction and renovation projects in the institutional, commercial and industrial sectors of the construction industry.  Our team has developed an expertise with design and construction of institutional projects.  Each key member of our staff has had positive and successful experience with construction of municipal projects including the construction and renovation of Fire and Police buildings and schools.  Most of the renovation projects were completed during full occupancy and continual operations.
